COMMONWEALTH
COURT DECIDES FATE OF
MIDWIVES

Nearly 1,000 people gathered at the State Capitol
Wednesday in support of Lancaster County midwife,
Diane Goslin.  Seven Commonwealth Court Judges will
now decide whether or not the Pennsylvania Board of
Medicine correctly concluded that anyone assisting a
women in childbirth is practicing medicine.
